Follow the following steps
Step 1 : Right click on the Start Menu >> Click on Run
Step 2 : In the command box type control mouse and press the enter key
Step 3 : Now, you will get Mouse Properties dialog box
Step 4 : Click on the Pointers Tab Menu
Step 5 : Click on the Normal Select from Customize Box .... and Click on Browse Button ...
Step 6 : You will get a lots of Mouse cursors, Click on the icon which you want to set as mouse cursor and click on open
Step 7 : Finally click on Apply and Ok
